by Niklas Richardson 3:42 pm Thursday, 15 September 2005.

Al just passed me a link to a great tool for helping debugging AMF calls while doing Flex development.

The tool is called ServiceCapture and was created by Kevin Langdon.

I’m off to buy it!

Steve Krug Usability Workshop in London, 7th Oct

by Niklas Richardson 1:07 pm .

While I was away I received one Steve Krug’s irregular newsletters. For those who don’t know who Steve Krug is, he is the author of a great book on usability called Don’t Make Me Think. Which is well worth the read.

In any case he’s coming to London to give a usability workshop. I’ve been wanting him to come to London to give it for years. Now he’s coming!

Announcing a workshop in London, Oct. 7th
———————————————-
I’ve just scheduled a workshop in London on October 7th. The format will be the same as usual (http://sensible.com/workshops.html), and it’s going to be held at the posh Courthouse Hotel, next to Oxford Circus and Regent Street (http://sensible.com/workshopLondon.html).

Registration is being handled by Intranet Benchmarking Forum (www.ibforum.co.uk). To register, call Sue Evans at IBF at +44 (0)20 7435 6606, or email sue@ibforum.co.uk, or use the online registration form (http://www.ibforum.co.uk/pages/calendar_event.asp?content_area=2&event_id=27).

And if you’re an intranet person in the UK, you should definitely consider attending IBF Live 2005. It’s a great two-day intranet event in London on October 5-6. I’ll be delivering a keynote on the second day, and I’m really looking forward to sitting in on the rest of the sessions. Details are at http://www.ibforum.co.uk/pages/index.asp?content_area=5&content_id=17.

Maybe see you there!!
